- Cleaning Suggestion

Selection of size
- Correct measurement method:
- Stand vertically and measure at the chest where the breast tissue is most abundant, taking care not to tighten the chest, and then record the value that the ruler only goes around once is the most appropriate!
- Lean forward 45 degrees, and measure again at the place of the largest value of the bust.
- It is recommended to choose the size according to the larger value of the 2 measurements, if your value is between two sizes, for health reasons, we recommend that you choose the larger size.
Health Advice
1. Wearing time
It is recommended that you do not wear them for more than 12 hours and do not wear them while sleeping.
2. Avoid wearing during strenuous exercise
Our breast harnesses can be worn during light to moderate exercise, while strenuous exercise requires specialized sports equipment.
3. Practice wearing
When wearing a breast corset for the first time, it is recommended that you do not wear it for more than 6 hours to ensure that your body can adapt to it. Different brands of breast corset have different wearing characteristics, please adjust according to your body feeling.

I absolutely love this bra. It feels so good on my skin. The material is so soft and doesn't dig into my skin like some do. They definitely work well they do a good job at hiding the sisters lol. But I wear it as a regular sports bra and it's so comfortable.

The binder is a simple design, it functions as expected. My one and only con is that Everytime I wear it, I seem to have a bit of excessive between the breast sweating. The reinforced material holds the body heat in. Perhaps they could add a ventilation gussett or grommet that might help. The size and fit are as advertised. The sewing is done right, seams are finished off well. Overall a good choice.
