The water bottle didn't fit the base. It doesn't tighten and the water would leak everywhere if used. Unusable.

it works perfect for my baby chicks, as they get older i put bricks under the feeder and waterer to raise it up higher hope this helps!

These work, but I give them three stars because the plastic is so cheap. The tops (white) screw onto the red base. You have to get the angle just right for the top and bottom to stay together. They pop apart easily, which my chicks have figured out. Lol they like to knock the feeder over and take the top off so they can spread food all on the floor which totally defeats the purpose. They do not spoil the waterer. If the screw on top/bottom situation was better I would give 5 stars.

The bottles don't attach to the bases. Apparently no one quality controls the item. I bought 2x and none of them attach securely or at all.

DO NOT BUY. Garbage is the word that best describes these. I threw them out and bought the same items of a better quality at the local farm store. They wouldn't screw together properly. Filled the water dish. turned it upright. The bottom fell off and the water went down my leg in 30 degree weather. Never bothered with the food dishes. Didn't feel like sweeping up chicken food.

Product did exactly what its ment to do. I like the feeder because it's hard for chicks to stand in the food.

They worked great because I only have two hens in a small area. If you have a small space and only a couple of hens I would strongly recommend these items .
