I wanted to love this. I thought it would be nice to have in our chicken run, especially during this rainy season. Sadly, the stands flip over the minute the chickens jump on them. I suppose we can try burying the posts in the ground, but they are only about 6" tall and the chickens would be barely off the ground at that point. These would probably work for smaller animals, but don't seem at all well designed for chickens. The product was easy to assemble and was well made. It came with all the tools you need to put them together.

These little perches do a really good job for chicks and younger pullets getting them used to roosting. It wasn't 10 minutes after installing them in the brood pen that they were loaded with chicks. The assembly is easy and straightforward and pressing them gently into the soil seems to offer enough stability even with several birds.

Item arrived timely and as described. I felt that the size of the item was too small for adult sized chickens but for babies it works great. Also can function well for smaller birds like quail. It's sturdy but the bars are small.

Chicken Perch for Coop & Brooder,These were very easy to assemble, just had to screw them together with my drill. I put them in my silkie’s coop, and they really seem to enjoy them a lot. I will be getting more of these in the future should something happen to these.
