Shipping was fairly quick. No instructions but not hard to figure out. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the cushion.

In the case of this product, "cheap Chinese metal" is not a political point but a real concern. Not only do the welds on the luggage rack look horrible but don't match a single picture on the advertisement. Then when attempting to attach the backrest to the mounting wings, the back rest frame is 1-inch off either side and when you try to tighten the bolts, the paint chips and the metal literally begins to fold and Crack. I should have known the quality when I saw the 2 pinky nail sized screws for the backrest pad with no pilot holes and the bright silver hardware on a blacked out, quite heavy bike. For a component that is supposed to keep a passenger on a seat, it couldn't handle pre torque pressure when tightening bolts. Manufacturer does not care if an American is safe or not. Running trend for Amazon to allow sweatshops in China to sell their products on their marketplace

An okay product for the price compared to others. Back pad has a pressed cardboard with no predrilled hole and stays on with 2 tiny sharp screws. You have to find the sweet spot and screw in slowly or else it will strip. It will not last long but let's see. All the bolts that came are too long, so they stick out too far looking ugly. 1 washer was missing in the packet. No instruction comes although it's not complicated, it's just confusing cause it comes with extra parts which I have no idea where they are supposed to go. Having said that, rest looks fine, all black, no scratches, holes line up to oem bolts and size is not bulky or too tiny. Seems strong enough, and carriage is detachable. A plus for me cause I don't like the looks of it, but I can put it on when I travel far and need to haul backpack. This product could easily be a 5 star if small improvements are done.

Idk if I would put my full weight on it, but it feels like it would hold anything I'd be comfortable putting on the back of my bike with a bungee cord. Biggest issue with it is lack of instructions. There are no instructions on where things go, so I had to use the pictures on the store page, and those pictures don't have it fully put together with lose bolts, different nuts in different pictures, and even an odd spacer on one of the pictures.
