First of all, the item I received was someone elses return. It arrived in an opened AMAZON FBA box. Heck, I even had the other guy's address who returned it. The product itself is worth it for $45 and I ended up just keeping it. The hardware spacers have an extremely oversized inside diameter, but they fit up fine. The hole does not line up with the oil drain.

This plate will bolt right up to my 2023 CRF 300 Rally, however, the oil change hole is on the wrong side, I would have to pull the plate off to change oil. This plate doesn't totally cover the bottom of the motor, there is about a 3-inch gap on each side of the plate, where the motor bottom is exposed. I returned the plate mainly because of the lack of total bottom coverage, the oil fill being on the wrong side, made the decision final. Sorry, I should have taken photos.
