I like the way it's all a one shot product to make loose tea. The only thing is when leaving it when stepping your tea with lid on make certain you have a small plate under the mug. The steam condenses under the lid and drips down the side and end up with a small puddle. I still gave it 5 stars because the saucer is NOT a deal breaker.

I really like this cup and infuser. It look good and is comfortable to hold and pleasant to drink from. The infuser is nice and deep so the tea permeates from bottom to top. It is packed beautifully and would make a lovely gift.

What a pleasant surprise it was to receive this mug. I literally wanted to pack it back up to give as a gift! The box it came it, the extra padding and bubble wrap to protect it.. well done. There's SMALL holes for tea to steap which is most important and mug is sturdy though it does get quite hot from contents temperature. Thank you.

Beautiful cup, comfortable to hold and drink from. It comes in a nice box, perfect for a gift. Since it's clay, I'm pretty sure it'll retain some of the flavor of the tea, so I only drink oolong from it.

Was hoping for high quality.There are 3 small blemishes in the clay next to black lettering. Looks like it needed a sanding. Not a deal breaker, but very ugly to look at.There seems to be a big design flaw with the handle. The handle is very small, can only comfortably fit 2 fingers in to hold it. The purple clay has some weight to it, so it can be very difficult to hold whilst full without getting hand cramps.In addition, if you drink black tea or oolong you will burn your hands trying to hold it because knuckles are wedged into the burning cup. I mainly drink white tea and steep at 180 so this is somewhat tolerable.As a man with normal sized hands, I would not buy again or recommend this to anyone else.

It arrived quickly. The top of the cover is flat and when the infiltrator is placed on the cover, it stays stable and won't spill water. It is wonderful for making tea. It is a product with excellent quality and appearance.
