Amazing. I have both the 10” and 8”. The 8” has more pressure and cracks your back easier. The 10” stretches your muscles good.

This is amazing…it’s like having my own personal Chiropractor at home. My back pain has reduced and mobility has improved. It’s helped me to be able to enjoy golf again. Great product!

I loved my chirp wheel. I had a lot of back pain. It hurt to move. I bought this chirp wheel and used it every day. It would crack my back and make it feel so much better. The pain disappeared and I felt so much younger! I would recommend it to anyone.However, I took off one star because it only lasted 8 months before it cracked and broke. I believe this product could and should be made more durable.

I roll on this on the floor, starting at my upper back and working towards lower. I get all sorts of “releases” (cracks) in my rib/back joints in my upper to mid back. It helps immensely.

I love this, works great for rolling out my back, especially the upper back between my shoulder blades. I work a desk job so there is pain and tension in my upper back but this roller helps a lot. My back feels almost brand new. Expensive but worth it considering that I use it so often.

Eh. I have always wanted to try these, but I don’t have a medical need and they cost more than I’d like to spend on something like this. I got a small gift card so bought the 6 inch. It said deep tissue, maybe it’s my body frame, but the edges are right where my shoulder blades are and it’s not comfortable. I’ve only gotten a few cracks, one each time I used. I find I rarely use it now. Wonder if a larger size would be better, but again, I dont think it’s worth the money for me to get. I’ve seen others have better luck, but for me I wish I’d used my gift card for something else.
