Unfortunately my item came with missing parts, broken, and detached. There was some hot glue residue as if someone tried to glue it back together. Lastly, the main structure looks as if it was taken apart or dropped and there was intention to put it back together. I was very disappointed to see the box ripped and the integrity of the product being compromised. Attaching a few photos.

Not thrilled as this one is too noisy even with the sound turned off. Lemax needs to do better! Received broken as woman at top was broken off, and top does not turn at all.

I opened the box and three didnt things I had to glue back on. You would think as how much you pay for this item everything would be in place.

I ordered it when it was on sale was working fine, month later it started to make a sound like gears were grinding; like a wound up toy, supper annoying. Too late to get a return for full amount. I went toMichael’s item had same defect. I took my money and ran.
