My order, from Banberry Designs in De Moines, LA, was for 12 hangers with snowflake attached. One hanger did not have the snowflake attached. The plastic packet was sealed, so the snowflake that was supposed to be attached did not fall out in transit. I was sent a defective product. I can use the other 11 hangers, so returning all of them is not an option for me. I would appreciate a replacement for that one defective snowflake hanger that I paid for.

I love these hooks!!!!! Such an elegant touch to hanging ornaments. The hooks hold the ornaments nicely on branches and so much more secure to the ornaments itself!

Ordered one set to make sure it was worth it.I'll be ordering more for sure!Well made, each one is individually packaged which I liked because that way they won't rub together during shipping and/or you could give as extra gift with a gift ornament which would really be nice.Love that you can clip onto ornament with the lobsterclaw. I don't like to have to reattach the hooks when I unpack my ornaments.I have a lot of snowflake ornaments and these really add more 'extra' to my more plain ones.
