Love this Bethlehem star which shines brightly several ways. I like the "always on" setting but the remote is great for switching things up. The size is perfect even for my small 4 foot tree. It is light in weight for the tree top. It does not bend over or hang awkwardly. Would buy again.

It comes with a rod that you have to Velcro strap to your tree. Once you get it sturdily in the tree it looks pretty, I just wish it went on differently. It is flat, so you won't get a 3D view from every angle, but it really does look cute on the tree.

There were no terminals in the battery case. So no way to connect the circuit for lighting. Also the description says that you screw the base stick to the star... no screw threads, so apparently it's just supposed to sit on a 1/8th inch piece of metal. Total crap.

The picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous. The rod it comes with for support weighs more than the star but once I was able to get the Velcro strapped around it, it stays in place! It is truly elegant and the perfect size. The remote is great, it works at a pretty decent distance, I’d say about 8 to 10 feet away. At night the light is bright. I thought it would be ok but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it lit up. I’ve had it a few days now and the batter doesn’t seem to wear out like in a previous star I had purchased from another vendor. I would say it’s a great value for the money spent!

I like the tree topper, pretty simple with battery box. Came as featured, which is also good.
