I had read reviews of this item and they weren't all favorable, but I had a good feeling about it and bought it anyway.I'm very glad that I did because this is a fantastic item!I suppose the people who had problems with it maybe had an issue with how close it was to the ceiling.I didn't have a problem with any of that and found it to be a fun, whimsical addition to my holiday decor!I hope more people give this item a chance.

I really liked the lights on top of ceiling. Although it has LED, it did not clash with my incandescent tree lights because of the height where design of lights are reflected ( on the top) . For the price and sturdier, it is a very good purchase.For improvement, add 2 -3 lights to the actual star to brighten it. Star seems a bit in the shadows of the moving lights in the ceiling. Tree top star should also have importance.This would be an improvement.

The way it projects different christmas images on the ceiling was beautiful. It was definitely a great add to our Christmas tree. If you have small children they will love it. If you yourself like to just sit and look at your tree this is definitely a great adding to the tree. It was very clear to see. It was light and easy to install. It wasn't to small or way to big. It was built decent. Could have been a bit less glitter on the one I got but the glitter didn't get everywhere so that was a plus.

This was super pretty but not good for a taller tree. I wouldn’t use it on anything over 5 feet. But it also depends on height of ceiling. You need at least a foot for the lighting to space out. I had to return because my tree was too tall and we could only see the design projected directly on ceiling in the size of a softball

Perfect christmas star! Has many different designs to choose from. Bright and clear. Easy to use, lightweight and stays put.

The internal gears were cheaply made, causing the motor to "click" loudly once every rotation.Instead of sending it back, I was curious to see what the problem was. It's the internal gears. Just not well made.Maybe the next one will be better.

This tree topper is super exciting! My grandson loves seeing the snowflakes off the ceiling - very attractive! I haven't changed the pattern yet but will soon. I'm glad it came with additional patterns to interchange the design. Great product and excellent price!
