These are quite small so for me they look better in a larger tray style display. I just happened to have some bottle brush trees I could pair them with. I will probably add some snow on the tray when I finish the display. They did have the screw in the battery door which is a nice safety feature that not all manufacturers intall.

Not only are these little houses cute and bright when lit up. but the detail is on point! You get 4 different houses, all wrapped individually to prevent them from breaking. The batteries are already included. All you need to do is turn them on. I would definietly recommend them!

I really like these. They are very small but detailed. They look great on a small floating shelf in my kitchen. My only complaint is that the batteries don’t last very long. They do send extra batteries with them, which is nice.

The first thing I noticed about these Christmas village buildings upon unwrapping them is that they’re coated in glitter in some places, which is not something I was aware of before ordering them. I personally loathe glitter with a passion, so I was quite unhappy to find it on these. It does fall off of these easily so that it gets everywhere and sticks to everything. These buildings are extra small compared to my other Christmas village buildings, so much so that any figures I have that look like people are significantly larger than the doors on these buildings. To create some sense of scale, I’ll be placing these buildings near the back of my Christmas village, which will hopefully create the illusion that they only look smaller because they’re supposedly farther away.Looking at their quality, they’re painted well enough that most people won’t notice any of the small flaws, but since I’m nitpicky, I’ll be touching up the paint here and there, which is something I normally do anyway. They’re lightweight, but they have enough weight to them that they feel stable and durable. Since they’re made of resin, they don’t feel overly delicate. Underneath each is a battery compartment that is already loaded up with the proper button batteries so that when you toggle the power switch, these buildings light up completely from inside with an impressive glow that looks charming. Note that the battery compartment requires removing a tiny screw to access it. 12 additional button batteries were included to replace any that go bad, which is such a thoughtful and truly helpful touch. Finally, I love the brand packaging. It’s a sturdy, festive-looking box that is easy to open and close repeatedly. Inside, each building is further tucked securely into its own box. For that reason, this packaging serves nicely as off- season storage.
