Item is not the greatest quality. It arrived in a box without a protective coating. It had pulls all over it from being in the box unprotected.

I like that this ottoman is stiff and doesn't slouch, especially since its an outdoor patio furniture piece. It really works perfectly, and holds up great.

Very happy with this find! I was looking for a pouf that goes with browns, and even though the description said gray and ivory the colorlooks like a dark brown which is great for me. Very stylish! It looks great in my room!

Love the item. Would buy again. The textures are really pretty. The only thing is you really can’t put a cup on it as it would tip over.

Loved it. So cute and comfy. Unfortunately after normal, infrequent use, the pouf has come unstitched and all the styrofoam beads are coming out.

About this item for my son's playroom. Is very sturdy and very attractive. Mild smell when you first unwrap it but goes away within a few hours. You can't see that the foam or stuffing in the middle like I read on other products.

Wanted to love these - as the design is great and we ordered two of them. However, rarely use them and in a very short time they’re now popping out these styrofoam beads. Very disappointing and hoping the company will replace.UPDATE: No feedback from seller. Review changed to a 1. Absolutely no reason for a $100 pouf, lightly used, to be destroyed like this. Expect a refund or replacement!!
