Really happy with the look and quality of this product. Made of high-quality durable aluminum. Will not rust and appears to be pretty sturdy outdoors and relatively wind resistant. Really attractive to look at and instructions/assembly were easy. I highly recommend this product.

Love these chairs! Gets 4 stars because of MISSING GROMMETS. Without the grommets you can not screw pieces together! Otherwise the chairs are very comfortable, sturdy, and they look great! Hopefully the manufacturer can provide the missing grommets for 2 of the 6 chairs.

They seem to be nice chairs if everything is right, but a few of the parts seem to have been welded poorly. One footrest has a crossmember that is not square to the other beam and so its flanges won't line up with the corresponding holes on one leg. One of the backrests have back supports slats that have significant gaps to the upright frame member, and I'm concerned that loose clothing may catch in them. Another backrest has a burned through hole that compromises a screw hole and what looks like a mistake weld to one of the slats. On the Christopher Knight website, their contact form allows for the attachment of photos, but its file limit size is only 2kb (yes, that's not a typo - Kilobytes), so I wasn't able to attach a reasonably illustrative photo. I'm hoping that they will replace just the defective parts, and I won't have to send huge boxes back and forth.Update 11/19/2021: Once the support ticket was initiated, I was able to send them photos of the defective parts via email, and they were very prompt in sending me replacements out of Ontario in the Los Angeles area. One of the replacement backs has gaps in it as well, but I decided to just live with the one with the burned through welds in it - it's plenty structurally sound, but it still somewhat bothers a nitpicky person like me.

These chairs look good and take the rain we have here in Florida. My husband and I are not tall and we have to jump up some to get into the seat. They are comfortable tho and I am glad we got them.

Great Deal Furniture performed very well during the entire transaction. Original shipment was made quickly and the goods were received without damage. There were, however, two manufacturing defects (not the fault of GDF) that required replacement parts. I called GDF and talked with an extremely courteous and knowledgeable representative. The replacement parts were sent out quickly. I received them today and am now totally satisfied with GDF's attention to their customers. I love the bar stools. Great job and thank you!
