My child picked this out for her practice snare but she failed to check the height...it is meant to be used sitting down and she wanted to stand..next time I will check descriptions better..overall the stand is nice, just not tall enough but we will make it work..life lesson for the little drummer.

It is well built and serve its purposes. Bought to use with my pad, but definitely can handle any snare too.

Solid stand for the cost... used to hold practice pad but seems sturdy enough to adequately support most snare drums as well.
