This is a three wire light - you can cut off the black if the body of the light is grounded to the chassis.The good:These are a very solid cast aluminum construction.The chrome finish will likely not last, but when new looks good.The thread is M10-1.5 and that matched the thread on my softail - pretty easy mounting in my case without any modification to the bike.I drilled a hole in the body of the light so I could install like the original Harley turn signals.The bad:The supplied bulbs dont seem to have any difference in brightness between the primary and secondary filament. This is only a concern if you are requiring running lights and turn signals. I replaced the suoplied incandescent bulbs with some LEDs from Amazon - work great.The threads in the body of the lights are very sloppy - you need a jam nut to keep them tight.Your mileage may vary but for $26 they made a very useable set of turn signals for my bike that was missing the originals.

These turn signals are heavy duty metal and would be a great turn signal if they would use a higher quality wire and bulb socket. The signals were grounding out inside the housing from the time I took them out of the box the wires are 20g so thin you can break them with your finger nails and the bulb sockets are very cheap they crimped and hot glued the wires instead of soldering them to the sockets causing instant grounding out of the bulb when installed they are not high quality just the housing is, I returned them

I re threaded the hallow pie to fit the bike 3/8-16 and left half the threads for the blinker the metric that they where so it fit like a glove and looks great

Nice metal housing. I seen previous complaints about the type of bulbs that were in the lights so I took the light apart. They now use a standard American style bulb. Seems like good quality and works good so far

2004 Yamaha Roadstar made to look like a '50s or '60s V-Twin.Worked very well with the look of the bike, but would look good on any cruiser. Hookup and mounting was easy.Only thing I would have liked is LED bulbs.2022 - They have stood up well except that I didn't have the rear lights as waterproof as I thought and the reflectors and sockets rusted; I am repairing that now. One of the grills was off 45 degrees compared to the others. The chrome has done well and is not peeling but a small amount of pitting and this bike is outside all the time, under a cover most of the time when not ridden, but ridden rain, shine and a few times, in snow.

Bulb blew within the first few days cant find a replacement to fit properly because anything local has bulbs too big for choice of fitment design with the housing. Crap Crap Crap. Then I buy amber bulbs off Amazon & while installing and trying to stop the rattle that comes with these cheap items the blinker power wire pops out of the connector.

very sharp looking. haven't mounted them yet. I hope the bulbs will last forever as the unit has to be removed in order to get to the screw. It could have been mounted in another place.
