I'm 5'2 and 108 lbs. Based on some of the other reviews here, I got a size S. Unfortunately, it was way too big - too long everywhere (arms, legs, torso) causing the fabric to bunch up in a really unflattering way. The belt did not help. I felt like a cross between a toddler in one of their huge coats when they can't put their arms down and a potato. Never wore it out in snow so can't speak for waterproofness or warmth. Return window has closed unfortunately so I'll be seeing if I can gift it to one of my taller friends - think just a few extra inches of height would have helped.
