You don't get a lot with this product. Just a few plastic pieces in a bag. As I had a Spirograph when I was a kid I know what to do with the pieces. However a few instructions would be helpful. The original Spirograph, if I remember correctly, came with a piece of foam core and some short pins. A plastic ring could then be pinned down to the paper and foam core making it much easier to use. Otherwise there are too many parts to hold down for small children. I see the current version of the Spirograph uses putty instead of pins. I haven't tried that. So this is an OK product, but I would look as spending a bit more and getting a better versions of this product or the Spirograph version.

I had a Spirograph when I was younger, and while the pieces in this set seem slightly thinner than I remember, they still work the same as the OG. It's pretty minimalist (some of the newer sets of the original even have metal components, whereas this is just a bunch of parts in a ziplock bag), and I would've liked to see a bit more by way of maybe an idea or instruction pamphlet, but I can still see myself having fun with this.
