Don't let the pictures fool you, this lock out device is very large and is intended for the larger three phase circuit breakers rated for 100, 200, or 400 Amps. The lock out device is well made and of very good quality. The thin metal teeth grip the single toggle switch very firmly and gives you reassurance that this isn't going to fall off with the added weight of your padlock.
