These phones did not come with instructions or even the power adapters. There is no customer support and at lest one of the 4 that i bought was defective.

This phone had yellow crusties on the reciever and the phone itself. It came with no power supply, no eithernet wire, and no USB or other device connection. I totally expected to not get a manual because it is used, but seriously?

It turned out to be the wrong phone for me, and after a message to the Seller I received a very courteous email. The seller did not offer what I needed, and provided extra information to help me find the right landline phone. If they carried what I need, I would have repurchased from without hesitation.

Sleek looking phone, not sure if it works since there is no power cord. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it came with no power cords. Will be returning.

the phone turns on okay, after buying a separate power adapter. But then after plugging in the phone line, it reads "network unavailable." When trying to trouble shoot it, I read on forums that its a hardware problem and to replace the phone. Since there is not support available for this product I have no choice but to replace it, and buy from a more reputable store. I didn't want to go new so I could save money, but I guess in this case, better to be safe than sorry.

I tried setting up this phone with Nextiva VoIP services, however they were unable to connect to it through the IP address. VoIP provider seemed to think the phone was locked. Couldn't use it so I had to return it.
