I have gone through at least 6 pair of these over the course 3 years. ALL broke in the same exact place after about 3-4 months. Poor quality.

Poor quality product. Not worth for money. Didn’t even last for 2 years. Contacted Cisco . They asked me to contact Amazon. Amazon won’t help. So I would never recommends to buy this product especially through Amazon

We have had 4 of these headsets that have broken in exactly the same spot (please see the picture). It is obviously a design flaw. I have contacted Cisco and they told me to submit a claim to our insurance company. So, it looks like my only recourse is to give them bad reviews. I would highly recommend that you look for another product. If anyone has found a similar product that works with Cisco 8811 phones and also in Microsoft Teams meetings, WebEx, Zoom, etc. please let me know. Thanks!

I've had so many issues with this headset that I'm ready to go back to a $5 pair of earbuds. Biggest issue is that after a webex call, the headset never disconnects from the call (which has ended), so cannot connect to a cellphone by bluetooth. The switch on the multibase will let me select the cellphone, but after 10s, the PC reclaims the headset for itself again. The only way to use it with another device is to pull the USB cord from the PC, so what is the point of the multibase!Other issues include random audio choppiness, and occasional inability to un-mute.
