Doesn't work. I charged it until the green light came on. When I tried putting the citronella in, mist came back out. I tried again with the same results. It appears it was already full. I tested it first, by making loud sounds right at it and nothing happened. I put it on my dog, making it tight enough, two fingers could still slip under it. When my dog started to bark, the collar didn't spray citronella and she kept barking. There was no odor from the citronella on her.
