Powerful suction. Bought as a used product and it lasted about 2 years. The electric cord where it attaches to the base started to get worn out, and eventually wouldn’t start anymore.

This vac SUCKS, literally! I have had mine for about 8 years and it's never given me any issues. I love having it for my vehicle as well, it picks up everything.

Bought this because my mom has had one for years and liked it. My experience was different. The two wands don't stay together. The hose easily pulls out of the canister. That annoyed my husband so much that he duct taped it on so it would stay. After 9 1/2 months of usage the motor goes on, but there is no suction. Called customer service, the person there said it was our fault and we need to buy a new hose, which is strange because it doesn't suck with the hose removed either. The CS person told me I was wasting her time. So the warranty means zip, zero, nada. They told me I have to pay to send it to them so they can diagnose it, but now I don't trust them. Don't make the expensive mistake that I did. I will never buy anything from this company again. Now I am stuck with 8 vacuum bags that I paid a lot for and can't use either.
