I had in mind giving it back. But changed my mind when I saw how pretty and sturdy this item was. The candles beautiful. The piece itself well made and fresh I put it in a cold place overnight and the next day back on my table.. I also misted it with ice water. I will buy one again next season. It's still beautiful. on this day

I purchased 2 of these in early December for family members who live away. Each time I tracked delivery, I found out it wouldn't be delivered until December 29th! Tried to cx order, but it was too late. The agent told me my gift recipients could "refuse the delivery" and I'd get my money back. That is darn embarrassing. I ended up ordering a less impressive arrangement, but it was delivered as promised and could be enjoyed. So my family got 2 arrangements and could keep one and give away or keep both. As it was this arrangement was a big hit and a "show stopper". That made me happy, I know the show must go on, but this delay was unacceptable. Sure wish it would have been delivered earlier and show stopped earlier.

This is my third and last year ordering from this company. To be fair, the first two years were fine. The centerpiece is pretty "bare bones"...not as pretty as the picture for sure...but an OK value for the price and I would decorate myself. This year I placed my order on December 5, with the assurance that I would get it in time for Xmas. After all, who needs a Christmas centerpiece after Xmas. A week later, when it hadn't shipped yet, I attempted to cancel the order. However, the company would not allow me to cancel as the item was "being prepared for shipment." It did not ship until 4 days later. When it finally arrived on December 29, it was the wrong item....I got a dried out miniature table top tree instead of the centerpiece. I ordered fancier centerpiece arrangements as gifts for friends from 2 different companies on the same day as I ordered this one for myself. Luckily both of those items were delivered on December 12. Note to company: if you get more business than you can handle, do the right thing and cancel orders. Now you have hurt your reputation and future sales.

Even though this centerpiece was great to look at. Even following the directions on misting and watering, it dried out quickly. It was dropping needles way to quick, And we keep our house rather cool I wouldn’t buy again.

The product is very attractive and, if the recipient chooses to save the Balsam needles, the dry needles can be used for their scent in a drawer or a room. My problem was that in this yea'rs order of four gifts, one was lost and the offer to redeliver was too late (they were out of materials necessary to recreate).

Deployed to Afghanistan. Ordered this online for my wife back in the States so that she could finish her holiday decorations with a centerpiece for the table. Although I've only seen the centerpiece in photos, she was ecstatic over the quality. It arrived in sturdy packaging with no damage. The greens were fresh and lasted long after Christmas. Definitely worth the money and I hope to order a similar product next year.

Despite mixed reviews, I took a chance on it since it was reasonably priced. I was surprised how fresh it was when it arrived in Florida with the bag that it was in having condensation on it. It looks like the seller responded to the prior negative reviews. The bow was a little small and not as portrayed in the picture, but the good sized centerpiece is very nice overall with little pine cones and artificial berries. I wanted a touch more color so I added a few small christmas ornaments. The best part was the smell emanating from it everytime I walked by my dining room. Now a month later it still looks and smells nice by my adding about a cup of water to it every week to keep it moist. I will keep the plastic tray it is in once it dies so that I can make my own centerpieces during the year. I like the holders in the tray so that the candles stay straight. Sellers, please don't change the type Christmas tree used. I want to make sure next year's will be as fragrant as this one was.
