Short zipper renders the installation without a ladder impossible. I am 6' 2" and to short. Old design with long zipper worked great. Returned for refund2nd one purchased from them. Hope they restore a long zipper.

I have had this for 1 year now and it's still in excellent condition. Very sturdy. A bit heavy though. I am not complaining, but the zipper only goes about half way up, so it's a Lil difficult to put on and take off. I own other covers from this line and love them too.

Very well built cover, fits our 10’ x 12’ cantilever perfectly. No pole to put it on, but I used a painters pole to lift it over the top of the umbrella. Time will tell regarding durability but feels like very good quality.Would definitely recommend.
