I tried them in my detail shop and did not like them. They feel too hard and did not do a great job of removing contaminants.

Great value for some clay bars. I don't have anything fancy, nor any magic detailing skills, but I can always feel the difference before and after using these on my vehicles that are now pushing 10 and 20 years old. I don't need the best of the best for these things, I just want them keep on living!

I had never used a clay bar, but had seen it on automotive YouTube channels. I have old cars and wanted to give the paint a better shine, so I used this before I sprayed on a ceramic coating and was very pleased with the results. I used diluted carwash in a spray bottle for lubrication, put on a podcast and got after it. It wasn't hard--kind of meditative, actually--and well worth the time and effort. It also works great on the hard water deposits on my glass shower. Thanks for reading my review. I hope it was helpful.

My only concern is that some premium brands come in 3 grades of clay (courser or finer). There's no clarification by the manufacturer what grit-equivalent this is...but it works great with no swirls. And the value is great - each of the six bars has their own container - and you peel off a small amount to use until that small bit gets so contaminated you throw it away and peel off another bit. It'll be years before I go through all six bars!ALSO for windows. We live where the water is VERY HARD - and if you don't towel dry the car FAST it'll be covered in spots. I leave the windows for last (easier to see spots on windows, and the glass is resistant to micro-abrasions from clay rubs). I was amazed how fast this made the windows look factory-fresh.
