Didn’t have tape measure clip which was one of the main selling points for me.Belt its self is not as heavy duty as expected.Have yet to try the suspenders…..

It's hard to get the exact layout you want in pre-assembled tool pouches, but for me, these work very well. This model is as close as I could find to my last pair, which lasted me many years, but eventually wore out. I really like the belt and the hammer loop built into 1 of the pouches (I wish they both had one). The only criticisms I have are of the suspenders. The range of adjustment is a bit limited, and the shoulder straps are not nearly as comfortable as those on the CLC 6714, in time I may upgrade.

I wear this belt 50 hours a week framing, on my third year with all original parts and pieces still functioning. Already bought another one for when it's time to replace it. I see many comments about it not fitting a 32" waist but I've had 0 issues. Maybe it's just good luck but I love it. Ya it's bulky but it's a milti pocket toolbelt, what do you expect.

I’m an electrical apprentice and this pouch was perfect for all my needed tools, if there is anything I would have to comment on is that the front pockets like to flip a lot if you bend over a lot which makes it hard to keep any screws or small objects from falling out. So a cover for the front pockets would be nice, something like a velcro flap. Other than that I recommend it for anyone looking for a good tool belt that wont cost you much.

Like having a couple shopping bags on my hips. The things huge, but super comfortable with a lot of combinations for different set ups. Would be better if they made the pouches slightly more streamlined, but this is the next best thing to a diamondback or an occidental

I havent used these on a job yet they are my first bags and I have seriously enjoyed them its amazing just having all my carpentry tools with me and available within reach 100% of the time. These have a lot of room seem like they got more than the old leather ones i was borrowing. I'm a really small guy I wear 29 waist pants, and these said 29 as the minimum, and they do not really get small enough on the waist for that to be a valid claim. However, for the price, and given the suspenders and how useful they are, and comfortable, I am not complaining. I like them a lot more than I thought I would.

This thing is so unbelievably comfortable! It has pockets for everything you could want as a framer and I love having my knife in a little quick draw holster. The only negative for me is that the pockets stick out really far and are built to stay open so it's easy to dump a pouch if you're climbing in and out of tight spaces.

I bought this three years ago. I use it every single day, all day long. I don't think a single thing has broken or worn out on it, and I use every single pocket. I keep screws and nails, drill bits, spade bits, scrapers, all sorts of sharp things in it and there are no holes for stuff to fall out. There are wear spots all over it but none of my screw drivers stick out anywhere and nothing falls out. And I drop this in the dirt every time I pee, throw it on the floor in my truck every afternoon. It's awesome to find truly durable tools and gear. The design is great too. The handles are very useful. Brilliant actually. You will love them. Everything from how they designed the pockets for screwdrivers to the pencil pocket to the phone pocket and the belt is designed well. Best tool belt I've ever used.

Been using this a little over a week. So far I like it. Pockets are much bigger then I expected however I like that now. Fits very well over my winter gear and easy access to nails with gloves on. I am very thin n 6 feet tall n fits me just right. No problem fitting between truss on 2' oc. 16 oc us tight but my old one always got hung up n spilt. For the price i think it worth it. Original belt holes seem weak and have already bent rivets on some of them. Hammer on back works great I never get the hammer slap on back of my leg like before on Other ones I had before.

I bought this because I had no Carpentry tool belt and so far to my liking I have no problems after the first week's use. I adjusted my suspenders to fit according to my height where the shoulder pads can fit nice and snug attached to the belt.It originally came with a nylon belt but I replaced it with my leather one because it was still useful. So my nylon belt is just for backup. But like I said the suspenders can be fitted if you adjust it between the padding where the buckles don't move as much. I am 6' tall and I needed something to help lower the tension on my body and feet. Overall it feels like a beginner's toolbelt but I wasn't disappointed.Packaging: GoodQuality: GoodPockets: GoodWeight: GoodStyle: GoodIf you want something cheap for yourself it's handy. I tend to take care of my things so it's worth it.

I'm a relatively thin guy coming in around 6' tall and 145 lbs with a waist size of 32". As soon as I put the rig on, it was a pretty good fit. It wasn't too heavy and everything snugged up nicely for the most part. The material of everything feels impenetrable. My only complaint is in regard to the belt. It think it's really comfortable, but it just doesn't get tight enough for me. This was unexpected because it says it fits waist sizes 29" to 40-something inches.Despite that gripe which I'll be able to fix with a couple of rivets or something, this belt really feels top quality in addition to functioning like it should cost 2x to the price.I switched the location of the bags so that the one with the hammer slot on the end is closer to the front of my body and not behind me for better access.Overall, I'd recommend it.

lets start by saying i bought this sometime back to replace my leather and suede occi/nichols setup.i really needed something lighter and did`nt plan on buying occi to test out my lightweight theory.i used this set up so far framing/roofing/decking/finish work and building a stockade fence.i used it the last 10 months i worked in the building ind.and am happy to say my lightweight theory was a success.it helped my back a lot to loose at least 1o pounds of just leather.i replaced the belt with a dewalt 5 inch padded belt.because the CLC belt just did`nt cut it anymore its too thin, not stiff enough and too big even on the last holes to fit my waist tight enough to keep the pockets from bouncing.the shoulder pads slide some but once i set them where i want them they do actually stay there.they have enough padding to keep the straps from digging in,but not too much to be in the way.the pads are`nt too thick to be hot but to be honest i sweat enough that i would`nt notice them being hotter then anything else.all in all its a good set up it does have all the pockets/pouches/bags i need and it took me about a day to get used to it.it was cheap and light and thats what i wanted so i gave it 4 stars, only detractors are the the weak belt and middle rear clip holds to the hammer loop in back and i don`t wear my hammer there the one time i did i sat down on a roof and off went my hammer.and that the hammer bounces too much there and hits the back of my leg when i walk.it has a hammer loop on the bag and that`s the one i always use.all in all good layout in the bags for nails, square, nail puller even just the right size for adhesive.::UPDATE::i added a Dewalt 5" padded belt and dumped the original loose fitting un-supportive belt.it`s a much, much better rig now.i also pinned the small top pocket closed on one side to reach into the nail bag better, and oddly enough with the small pocket pinned it fits a driver bit perfectly between the pins and right at the perfect reach.with the Dewalt belt the added back support and padding lets me not need the suspenders, and the higher back makes the bags not slide backwards and when used does actually stop the suspenders from sliding or twisting.but makes the rear hammer loop unable to fit the belt and the back hook on the suspenders is now a handle.(i don`t use the rear loop, every time i sat down i dropped the hammer, and i always kept it on the bag anyway)all in all over the past 8 months i`ve used this rig a lot and it has taken the abuse without a problem.
