I’m a commercial and residential electrician and I got sick of seemingly sturdy nylon bags falling apart within 6 months of use. I have worked with many electricians that had leather tool pouches that they had for years or sometimes even decades so I decided to upgrade. My intent for this bag was to use it as a secondary bag for material and a few tools that don’t fit in my smaller leather tool pouch I also ordered. This one arrived so fast that my tool pouch hasn’t arrived yet but this one works great for carrying my tools as well. This leather bag seems to be of sturdy construction with quality leather. I am very pleased with my order and the item I received. Will update my review if it ends up proving to not hold up, but otherwise if I haven’t updated my review you can assume it’s still holding up well. I highly recommend this bag!

I really like this tool bag. Good quality leather. Not that soft suede that last 6 months or less if you happen to get it wet. The white color was almost to fancy at first, but over the last yr it's broken in nicely and become an nice dull cream color. The stitching is tight, just like a baseball glove. The actual metal clips are nicely riveted to the leather and are perfect for snips or a stapler. I wear this tool pouch everyday for 8-10 hrs a day, so far it's held up great. No holes or torn knife pockets. Definitely worth the price.

This is a pretty stout tool pouch. The only issue I see so far is the quality control. I would otherwise give it 5 stars. So far, I have had issues with rivets not being placed properly, creating possible spots for leather coming apart. The second one I received looked better, but had an erroneous cut on the inside making the leather so thin it nearly has a hole. It has to be returned. Perhaps third time's a charm. Im going to keep returning until I get a decent one because the leather is pretty thick and stiff and it's going to make a fine product that will last for years.If you get a good one, it looks to be really well made and its going to hold up well.

The main or big compartment is a little to flimsy and opends WIDE when you load it up, and tools fall out.

Look no further; this nail bag is what you need and want. Very durable material that will last for years and years to come. The main large pocket is also big enough to carry large tools (i.e. 18V batteries). Have also purchased the same style 8-pocket tool bag but the large pouch is incredibly too large. Unfortunately, it is already pretty dirty from work so I will not be returning it.For serious carpenters, I recommended buying two of these pouches and a belt. The only downside is how CLC has replaced one of the hammer rings with a tape measure clip. You will only be able to carry your hammer on the front right or back left of this pouch (given the two bag setup).
