I ordered this backpack for my daughter at the beginning of the school year, and it held up great until recently when the zipper broke. Since money is tight, I reached out to customer service to see if there was any possibility of a replacement, even though the return policy had already expired. To my surprise, their customer service was amazing, responsive, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They sent a replacement backpack without any hassle, which was such a relief. It’s rare to find companies that truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers like this. I’m beyond happy with both the backpack and the experience, and I will definitely be buying from them again! Highly recommend!

I work in a cleanroom environment and this works great to hold my laptop, charger, notebooks, and any tools I may need. I've had it for a few months and so far it is holding up well.

As expected from the size I chose the backpack is very big. It’s very durable and functions quite well. I can’t really give a detailed review since I don’t use it as the high school I attend doesn’t require us to carry it to each class anymore but overall it’s very good quality and a good value for money.

I've bought 3 of these for my children - all teenagers. They have held up extremely well. One of them has been used for almost 2 years and is still in perfect condition. Highly recommend for those who need a clear backpack. The straps are easy to adjust and it holds a laptop, pencil pouch, notebook, several folders and a lunchbag easily.

I had originally purchased a backpack back in 2023. I just recently bought one as a replacement for my son and it’s not the same quality. The elastic that was on the mesh pocket that holds the water bottle is not there anymore, so it does hold the water bottle, but it doesn’t keep it tight. The size of the backpack looks to be a little bit smaller. And because of the way the backpack is package the zippers Don’t have an ease of closing.

I bought 2 of these backpacks for my elementary school children. Their school had mandated clear book bags and the ones I bought last year were very flimsy. Just unwrapping these bags I could tell they were going to hold up because they’re heavy (not in a bad way) I wasn’t expecting much given that I only paid $10 a bag but I love them. They’re sturdy, and a lot bigger than I expected. This book bag is very large. The zipper feels nice, no snags. And they’re super cute! Great bag for the price! 10/10
