Bought these chargers for dinner parties. When I unboxed the chargers, I was shocked to find that all of them were in some manner in horrible condition due to poor manufacturing. The clear glass section of the chargers were covered in grease, oily smudges, and greasy fingerprints. The gold rims on a number of chargers were scratched. The glass plate portion of the charger had scratches and small bubbles from poor glass manufacturing. Very disappointed! If one is paying $12.00 per charger, someone should check the manufacturer’s quality control. I do not recommend.

Plate on plate never looks so classy and elegant!! The gold rim of glass charger plate accentuates classiness. Yet It exudes a simple farmhouse feel when a white plate is placed on top of it ! Luv it!!

When I first bought these, I intended them for my Thanksgiving table without really realizing what a charger plate was or noticing the size in the description. They arrived and when I noticed what their purpose was I was excited to build my fancy table for the holidays. We used them for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and I was so happy and planned to use them for holiday dinners in the future. A couple days after Christmas, when I was finally putting everything away, I came across one of the plates that had broken clean down the middle. These has just been sitting on the table, still in their place setting. I figured maybe my cat had walked over them and, although saddened, I wrote it off. A day later, the remaining three were stacked together and the plate on top had also broken. I had been so careful with these! I'm afraid to check on the last two that are stored with the Christmas decorations.

The charger is a little larger than a standard placemat (photo 1), so it would look best just on the table without a mat or on a tablecloth. When used with an antique plate, as in the center photo, it looked great. The color of the gold rim on the charger isn't really exactly the shade of the gold on the antique, but it is close enough to look very pretty. Note that these MUST be washed by hand. and when they arrived, they were fairly dingy. But they cleaned up very nicely

Really nice I ordered These for thanksgiving and also bought some cheap plastic ones from hobby lobby incase these didn’t arrive in time, the quality of these ones being glass made a huge difference and they were easy to hand wash much nicer and so happy these arrived just in time that I didnt Need to use the plastic ones

They are nice chargers but the plates don’t seat flush on them. They are domed, so I had to improvise and cut a round of rubber drawer liner so the plates wouldn’t move around. They were like a carrousel. I definitely won’t buy them again.

These are VERY nice, especially for the price. Great quality. Good packing too -- nothing was damaged in shipping. I am planning on using these to laser engrave messages on the bottom, and I was very happy with the flatness and clarity of the bottom glass.
