The connector was easy to install on my Rollease shade. Only needed one but it’s good to have extra replacements. Note on install - fold the connector and it surrounds and encapsulates the ball on each disconnected end. Order yesterday and arrived today with Amazon. Happy with this purchase!

The chain broke on my expensive screen for my windows. What to do? Call the company that installed the screen? Did not have to as I found the solution with this product. If you have a broken screen chain this is your answer! Easy to use and attach and solves your problem in an instant.

Had a closet light pull chain (metal) that would regularly come loose at the metal connector between the fixture chain and the extension chain. Bending the connector back into shape or replacing it with a new one would only work for a while. Decided to give these a chance even though I wasn't too happy about them being larger and plastic. But it worked great! (I did put two metal balls in each of the spaces because this is designed for a larger plastic/metal ball chain).Now what do I do with the other 9?

Did the trick. Can's really say much more about a tiny piece of plastic. Hasn't broken like the original, arrived quickly, nice to be able to easily find an obscure little part like this after Hunter Douglas stonewalled me for months.
