Has all the strength of wet tissue paper. Most of them just split at the edges. Not recommended.

Not much to say here except that these fit standard blu-ray packaging including those with cardboard sleeves which is what I ordered them to do. They do not fit steel book blu-rays, but then again, it’s not like one needs to protect them since they’re in metal. I like to put the cardboard sleeve versions in plastic if they are rare, unusual, or hard-to-get because I store my movie collection along a basement wall. While there is no water issue now, these bags are extra protection.

I got these little bags for food storage. I know they say they are for movies and games, but they definitely proved to be useful for meal prep. Small foods and snacks fit perfectly in them, especially things like cookies, rolls, and bread slices. They aren't a long-term option, as even sealed, they aren't airtight, but these will be perfect for when we do our annual cookie exchange. The plastic for these is food safe, and they are durable enough that none have ripped while filling them. I also like that it has a resealable closure so that you can close them again after opening. I have used these for packing cookies, nuts, and some dried fruits, and they stayed fresh for the entire week. The size is perfect for pre-portioning and makes it easier to eat healthy for the week. You could do so much with these bags, so don't limit yourself to food or CD storage.

I originally ordered these to store some loose DVD data discs that I've been trying to figure out what to do with. I didn't want to order bulky jewel cases, because they take up too much space, These do a decent job of providing a bit of protection for the discs without adding any bulk. They're easy to use and they can be opened and closed again several times. I haven't tested to see how many times they can be opened and closed before the adhesive that keeps them shut stops working, but it's more than 5. Of course, I'm not using them for food or anything that might get caught in the adhesive and render it ineffective.I've also used these to store a few random items that I needed to be able to separate from other similar items. For example, I have watch bands in two different sizes for different watches, so I can put the bands for one watch in a bag and write the size on the bag so that I can tell which is which.I have no idea how much these bags would cost from another seller, but at $6.99 for a 50 count, I believe these to be a good deal since they solve a problem that I need to solve.I would purchase these again.
