Used in make patterns for leather work. I am not utilizing this paper for tracing, but drawing my patterns on this grid vellum and then cementing the drawing to pattern material. Its opacity is sufficient for tracing given the drawing being traced is bold or dark enough. Grid lines are accurate and if using English (inch) dimensions can be useful. Minimal puckering or wrinkling when using spray contact cement to adhere to pattern materials. Just be sure to use light coats and not get to wet. A bit pricey, but a quality vellum. I experienced none of the negative issues some reviewers mentioned. Paper was fully strong enough, good surface quality, and no tear-through when erasing multiple times. Images drawn using 0.5 mm HB lead are dark and sharp. Erasure using silicone stick erasers posed no problems.

Not very sturdy. Tore a corner while cutting into sheets.Good for tracing, but blue grid is very pale.Not the quality I would prefer to use next time if anything else is available.
