This was not a vellum, it was a copy of a vellum. It was up useful to me for my purpose and I m very unhappy.

Like I said above, it's Clearprint, so what more is there to say? Top of the line vellum for all of us old school folks who learned the art of drafting back when we did it on paper with real wood pencils and triangular scales, ah, the good old days! Well if you are old school like me you probably already love working on this stuff, if you're a computer trained draftsman give some thought to trying out the old way, you just might find you enjoy it!

I would give it a 5 star, but when I ordered it I didn't realize it was only 16 pound thickness not 20. It should've been more clear as I didn't realize there even was a thinner version than the 20 pound I usually get. Now that I know this, I'll be sure to look for the weight first. I take responsibility for that!Update on this product. Clearprint no longer makes any 20 pound weight vellum paper. Apparently, due to CAD printing, they don't have a market for it now. Very disapointing as I always used a higher weight.
