My initial planner had missing pages and a broken snap (probably a returned Amazon one). When I contacted customer services about it, they sent my a full replacement that arrived the next day. It's a beautiful planner with many useful spreads. Glad they sent me a new binder so I can enjoy using it.

I really love this wallet. The planner itself was nice, but a lot of the pages I didn't use. I like basic calendars with the wallet. It is like a mini binder so you can easily replace the calendar every year. Nice quality and I love the color!

I needed to get a new year calendar to replace my used one in my Clever Fox Weekly Plannerand I was happy to see the company does have refills. The service was prompt and I'm happy that it's all set up for another year. I like to make use of the goals pages and the monthly review pages to keep track of important tasks accomplished or planned for.I use this planner daily.

Binder:The binder is super good quality. The rings work very smoothly but a still sturdy and the zipper is good too. And the pages have such a minimalist style, so practical, that you can really make it your own. The fact you can customize, add or remove pages, and buy refills (for next year) is perfect. The pages have a nice thickness and are sturdy too. Very good quality binder overall.Favorite features:The monthly reviews are amazing for self growth. The habit tracker is a must too. And the main goal and priorities sections are so helpful too. The week's wins helps you stay aware of small victories to keep you motivated. You have a section on how you could improve next week too.How I customize it:I change the color theme each month and I used stencils to add a mood tracker, a star rating system for the day, etc. In the dotted section of the week I track how many hours I slept and my meals. But really, you can make it whatever you want.How I use it:It's an amazing tool for me to function like a human (I'm neuro diverse and yes I need tools even just for the basic life skills) I'm using it just to record my chores, habits, appointments and other activities, and I have to say I am keeping with life like a pro now. Thanks Clever Fox!

This planner hits every check mark for what I was looking for in a weekly planner. Space to write assignments & appointments for each day (student w/learning disabilities so this was imperative) plus additional features that I've not had with my previous planner (monthly views/calendar) like space to write goals for each week and what has to be completed. It's very well organized, with pockets and a zipper for storage in the front interior.Its a little bigger than I was hoping and definitely wouldn't fit in my purse like my old one but I do really like it and that it's refillable. I'll definitely be purchasing refills for the weekly inserts, but the extras this came with is a bit much for my needs (personal goals, mental mapping stuff but who knows? It may come in handy 🤷♀️)It's definitely a nice planner and I love the periwinkle color, although it looks more purple in the stock photos, in person it has more a blue hue

I received the product and at first was very happy with it. Within a few days the snap on the cover broke and I hadn't even used it yet. I was very disappointed by this. However, I got in touch with the people at Clever Fox. I spoke to Sophie who immediately sent out a replacement product for me. The color of the cover is gorgeous and I really like it a lot. The inserts themselves are nicely made. The paper is nice and thick and the undated pages are laid out in a way that is pleasing to the eyes. It's a great planner for the new year and I am so excited about using it. I will definitely order from Clever Fox again because their planners are awesome and their customer service is top notch and really delivers. Thank you so much for your help!

This is the fourth planner bought from Clever Fox, I should have stuck with the 2nd Edition, because I loved it. I was so hopeful I would love this too, this is missing too many features that I apparently took for granted. There’s no pen holder! This was the most shocking because there's plenty of room for one and everyone needs a pen to go with their planner, it’s the rules! This planner lacks something to mark your page, the 2nd edition has ribbons, I had to add my own bookmark. This planner is more expensive so I expected it to have the same critical features and then some. The first Clever Fox planner I bought about two years ago had stickers you folded to make monthly tabs, this version did not, the 2nd and 3rd (both were 2nd edition) did not. It’s like a page of stickers was left off. I had to make my own, it’s annoying. Months in a planner have to be separated or you’ll spend way to much time looking for the date you need, more if flipping through months. Tabs are apparently now on the consumer to figure it out, which is not cool since it’s an easy fix for CF, just put the tab stickers back in every planner! This next issue is on me because the dimensions were given…but it’s huge. Now I have another big thing to haul around. I can’t so I leave it at home. I just loved the 2nd edition’s sleek compact size, it fit perfectly into the front pocket of my purse. I thought there would be more features in this one to justify the inconvenience of the larger size. While there are indeed more things, like a zipper pouch and a card holder, I don’t need or use any of them. I chose this version so I could just buy refills and help save the environment (and money). I just can’t use this one, sadly I already filled in the dates for the entire year. I’m still going to order another 2nd edition and do it all over again because I love it that much more than this clunker. I’m giving this 3 stars because it really is well made, it’s just not for me. I took two stars off for the missing pen holder, lack of ribbons, and no monthly tabs. This is a good product that would work for someone else. It just didn’t work for me. I’m ordering a 2nd edition planner from the same company so I do highly recommend you find the right Clever Fox product for you.
