Basically, these things just plug in. One of the rings broke, and I think it acts as an insulator to make sure the current goes through the metal so it heats up. So it shorted through the small section. But I plugged it in and it heated up. So all is good.

it works,but the connecting places have damaged when it arrived. Seller only used a thin paper bag covering it.
