Only issue we have is the letters on the clock’s glass face; ‘cntrp’, two slashes over the o, which is what language? What does it mean? It takes away the clean lines of the clock. Why is it there? For the cost of this clock, we would have appreciated those letters or word, not be there!

The wait was worth it. Clock arrived today and I just love it! I know some reviewers were dissatisfied with the materials - but clock I revived does not have plastic parts - it’s wood and metal per product description (with glass face). Pendulum is silent and swings easily. Only challenge was hanging it. I had to use screw with anchor because simple picture hanging hook didn’t work. It does come with something for hanging - but it was a strange item and no directions… so I just used materials I had. But that was a minor issue. And someone else might love the hanging gadget provided. I highly recommend.

My belief that it was wood and metal did not bare out. The description said "wood and metal" but the silver frame is just painted plastic, not aluminum or nickel-plated steel, as I believed it was. The pendulum is metal, which is why they're allowed to say it's made of wood and metal, but the frame is wood and plastic.Otherwise, the clock itself is as good as a $40 clock. It has a glass face, operates quietly, seems to be accurate... but it's extortion to sell this things for $130.I feel as though I've been deceived.

The silent (no chimes, no ticking) wall clock looks GREAT and keeps excellent time. The clock came with everything needed - including instructions - for assembly and to mount it to the wall.

My household has been enjoying this clock for about 3 months now. It is functional yet stylish, keeps good time, easy to read and pendulum movement is quiet as promised.
