Very sturdy, easy to put up and the size is perfect for what I needed. There was no place for me to hang up my clothes as I took them out of the dryer. So I tried this, and it fit perfectly.

a clever work around for closets that need two tiered rods but don't have the walls for it. I would recommend this, though it does need a little stabilization if used. Don't place on a rod that's overburdened or not screwed in!!!

I really wanted to like these because they can theoretically double the hanging space in your closet, but more importantly, it was to lower the bar in my kids’ closets so that they an reach their own clothes. What I didn’t like about this set is: (1) It is adjustable, but the sizing doesn’t stay in place. This might not be as big of a deal once it’s being used, but when setting it up, it was annoying that the bar kept slipping. (2) The hooks aren’t the right size for a standard bar installed in most closets. It is the right size for narrower bars that might be installed in built-in closets, but if you have a custom built-in, you probably don’t need these. I think this can be fixed by bending the hook, but it’s annoying that the adjustments are going to have to be made before it can be used. IMO, it would be a much better product if it could be used out of the box with a standard size clothes rod.

I got this to use to add another level of hanging space on a clothing rack we use to hang clothes to dry, for shorter items like shirts. It works really well for that purpose. The adjustable length means I can make it longer for when it's more shorter items, and shorten it when there's longer items to hang next to it as well.The chains mean it's adjustable for how much space you want to allow above it, as well.
