This item is a scam. It is only the shelf with the 2 hanging brackets. THERE IS NO HARDWARE OR ANGLE RODS OR SECOND SHELF as pictured. We have bought closet maid shelves in the past and been happy with it. However the picture is very misleading, and their customer service sucks. I did the email support, it came back saying it didn't understand what I was asking. I called them, on the phone for over an hour. She sad ok we will have it to you in a week. 3 weeks later I get a single shelf. I call again, this time I am told there is no hardware, no second shelf, and now due to their response time, my return window has closed. The angle rods are 10 bucks a piece, and the wall brackets about 6 bucks....plus the cost of a small shelf. I hope you guys read this so you know what you are getting
