I liked the idea of a leather thimble , perhaps I just have to soften it up , certainty it’s better than metal for me but still not ideal.

I have an average-size lady hand (about 7" from tip of middle finger to wrist) and (usually) wear a 6.5 rings. The medium thimble fits well on my index and middle fingers, and is loose on my ring fingers and spins. It won't fit on my thumb, I had to purchase a large for that and am hoping it's as nice as this (hasn't yet arrived). The stitching is secure and I've worn it on my middle finger for about 10 hours total now and I always forget it's on me. The only issue with that is that I can't use my tiny embroidery scissors with it, and I usually have them in my hand and this getting stuck in them at the same time that I remember I'm wearing it. :) I highly recommend this for hand needlework! The black limited edition is fun.
