I had issues with a ragged cut using this bit on a router table. Brand new the bit cut easily, however left significant tearout. I thought perhaps it was the particular piece of white oak I was using, but results were the same on future cuts. I milled slots in cherry, maple, and white oak. The bit cuts very easily in dense woods, so I can tell it's sharp. However the geometry of the bit doesn't yield a finished cut. My Rockler slot cutters work much better.

Worked perfectly, very satisfied. Sharp, clean cutting tool. will buy more as needed.
