The velcro sanding disks do not stick to the tool. If you stick a sanding pad on the tool and start the sander the disc flys right off. I fixed the problem by removing the velcro from the pad and the rough surface from the holder. I then attached carpet tape to the tool and attached the sanding disk to the tape. It's a workaround but is time consuming. I don't recomend anybody buying this item.

I purchased 2 sets of these sanding fingers, The problem is the sanding pads don't stay on the pad holder. the backing on the sanding pads is not strong enough. It might work for very very light work. Once the sanding pads start shifting the holder gripping surface gets damaged and your done. Very low quality sanding pads. I will not purchase again.

The finger worked well once it was modified to fit my Craftsman Multi Tool. Not much to it, a Dremel drill and a cut off wheel. Fixed. My bad also as I did not catch that the picture showed a completely closed finger, I just read the description. Had no problem with the hook pad coming loose.

In my honest opinion, this product could and should be tweeked! I have and have had issues with the pads staying attached to the pad! My pads wouldn't stay on for more than a minute! If the manufacturer could fix this issue, I would rate it worth your time. The overall value could be good if it actually functioned (even on the lowest speed setting of my Dremel). The only way to get a sanding disk to stay attached for any length of time, would most likely be with using superglue.

works fine. just know that if you press down to hard with the tip, the rubber backing will start to disintegrate... i wish it was a little more durable.

On my first attempt at sanding with my Fein multitool, the sanding pad fell apart with 5 minutes of use. The pads hook and loop material wore off and it separated from the foam base. I think if you had a variable speed tool and ran it at the lowest speed it might fair better but my tool has only one speed.

Very poor quality, unfortunately. The grip between the 'velcro' type backing of the sanding sheets and the pad is very weak, and on my Bosch multi-tool they just won't stay on even at minimum speed

I initially gave this a 4 star, after 3 hours of use, but during hour 4 the hook and loop crapped out. I didn't melt it because i ran it in speed 2 setting. I think the hook and loop is just so tiny it broke from the back and fourth friction. I got 60% of my project done. I'm gonne see if i can get some industrial hook and loop on there as the pad is still okay. If not, i will order the Fein attachment. I did find the larger sandpaper to be better for me.
