Case was 2 different shades of orange... had to shave down the cone cap to make bearing fit properly.... after them issues everything fit like a glove

Using the stock gears from a brand new rovan baja. It was a tight fit with modifications to get the gearbox closed and functioning. I would suggest buy a gearbox already put together with gears installed.

It was a perfect addition to the 5b 5th scale needed it bad, and quality is there you can see it. Bad news is that the side bearing spots on mine needed a little extra attention to a small jewels file and about ten minutes of my time and it popped right in. This was for the out put bearings and axle shaft spot. Other then that very happy.

Extremely tight fit! Couldn’t get the half’s to close without shaving off some material.
