This kickstand platform is well made and has a nice finish to it. It is easy to install....use lock tight...provides an extra wide platform for better stability and to prevent sinking in on soft surfaces.

So far so good. The asphalt gets pretty hot here in the summer which can cause your side stand to sink, which can lead to your motorcycle tipping over. This pad distributes the weight over a wider area to prevent your stand from sinking into the ground as easily. Also recommended if you off-road and will be parking in the sand or loose ground.

For the price it's good. The bottom bracket mated to the bottom foot of Honda Transalp side-stand okay. The top of the foot has a nice logo. There are no directions but it's easy to figure out. Don't forget to put the supplied rubber disc inside the bottom of the foot or it will rattle. I learned from other reviews which stated that the screws were poor quality so I didn't get overly aggressive tightening them but did put some blue lock-tight thread glue in the holes to be sure it stayed in place. It worked out for me, but even in my cautious thoughtfulness the top of the allen screw fasteners started to round out! So, suggest you follow my plan, or even better go to the hardware store and buy some quality screws of the exact same length and thread pitch. The physical size is good, big enough to make a meaningful difference in supporting the bike on a soft surface but not so big to be awkward. At the time of purchase this was the lowest priced bike specific logo one I could find so it wouldn't be fair to expect perfection. Overall good for the money but not the best. Would I buy again, unenthusiastic, yeah.

No installation guides, but simple enough. Just peel off the backing to the the circular rubber pad with the vendors logo on it, and place it in the center of product before you mount it to the bike stand. This helps keep the it from sliding around.

It fits, raises the level of the kickstand VERY LITTLE.Not really worth the trouble.All Three Allen Screw heads will strip out immediately, with only ver6 moderate tension.There are no instructions or warning about soft screws.Buy something of better quality that has good screws.Or, if you want, buy this one, and go to your local hardware store and spend the extra $3 for 3 stainless steel screws before assembling this one. Use thread lock on the screws as well.Oh heck, just buy something better to begin with.
