The quilt is three layers in total which made of 80gsm 100% polyester fabric, and 220gsm acupuncture cotton filling. It is super breathable and soft, the stitched around are tight and durable.

I like this BUT...it is Not cotton. Need to fold it down before going to bed, which is OK, but when searching for a cover that is comfortable for sleeping, most of us prefer a fabric that breathes so we don't wake up sweating. It's a pretty bed covering, but only for looks, not actual sleeping.
