I bought two of these chairs. They were packed well and came in good condition. One chair was perfect with even legs and no wobble, and the other one is slightly uneven with a slight wobble. It's fixable, so I won't return them, but I was hoping they would both be the same, so I am a little disappointed. It's just a sign of poor craftsmanship.

2 years later and these chairs still look fantastic. They are not only stylish, modern, and compliment my diningroom well, but they are so comfortable. Perfect. And didn't take long to put together. Assembly definitely required

The instructions were included but either they were incorrect, or there were missing pre-drilled holes for screws and/or bolts that were included. They are not nearly as stable as I had hoped they would be so I will probably never make a purchase of this sort of thing on Amazon. So - buyer beware - you can certainly figure out how to assemble them but - even with that - they are still very wobbly.

Very nice looking chairs - easy enough to put together despite that there were no instructions included! They color is a soft grey and the chairs seem sturdy. We've been using them for a week now and really like them. For the money I feel like we got a good deal. They look great in the space!

Delivery of these barstools was a nightmare! They were freight shipped and the delivery company was VERY unorganized. I purchased 4 of these stools and for the price you can't expect too much. They look great, but the quality is so so. Two of the chairs legs are uneven so they rock a bit. Some of the holes the screws went into, weren't lined up correctly so assembly was a little challenging.

This product was damaged when it arrived. I immediately contacted the sellers and sent photos. The sellers said that they could not replace the damaged piece of the product and that they would not issue a discount. It was a hassle putting these chairs together and I am debating rather or not I will disassemble and ship back. If you work hard for your money and don't want to feel as if you've been HAD; I would consider another company to conduct business with. I felt that this company was all about the money and once they get it "screw" the customer. I had purchased four chairs and two out of the four were damaged; and although I would like to order two more chairs to go with my dining table I will find a more reputable company to conduct business with.

I have a hard time finding a comfortable chair these days. But this chair is very comfortable, nice cushion and it's nothing hard underneath. Great quality. The color looks exactly like the pic, so no confusion there either.
