Design of PCB Coasters
We are electrical engineering designers and we found that we needed a unique coaster, to prevent ugly water rings and marks from ending up on the tables. This happens with “sweaty drinks” like beer, soda, water, and juice...
We use the thickest 1.6mm thickness circuit board currently commonly used and use the gold immersion process. At the same time, it is equipped with four spare anti-slip pads for each piece.
The electronic components containing lead are never soldered to the PCB boards, so these aesthetic coasters boards are lead-free .
The PCB coasters measure 8.5 x 8.5 cm(3.35 X3.35'')and have rounded corners.
Why we need a coaster?
A drink without a coaster could cause the table it’s sitting on to be stained, discolored, dented, or scratched. If the drink remains forgotten for a long period of time, this damage will only be worse...
These water rings form due to the condensation on the cup, bottle, or mug. If the temperature of your cold drink is below dew point, the water will condense as liquid to the surface. Now it’s all drippy and may leave a puddle underneath!
Not only do coasters protect from water rings, but certain cups or glasses may also leave small scratches or nicks in the table. This is especially true if you’re moving your drink around a lot.
With all that in mind, it only makes sense to lay down a coaster before you set down your drink. You’ll keep the furniture free from blemishes and get fun home décor at the same time!

Super cool gift. They look very nice and seem well made, and they look cool on the table. I got them for someone who worked with circuit boards in the past, and he seemed to think the design was good compared to real circuit boards, so that was a cool plus.Would recommend. I got them for a gift but they're so cool I might end up getting me some too.

Pros: Good size, attractive/fun design, excellent build quality, and durable.Cons: Tend to stick to cups that sweat and not priced competitively.Overall: Loved these so much that I bought a second set. I wish they were priced lower though. Don't use these with cups that sweat and expect them to stay in place. They will stick to the cup. This is to be expected with the materials used to construct this though.

I was sceptical at first but once I received it, I am impressed. Great packaging and quality. Not flimsy at all. Feels veryyyyy study. Comes with a couple of grip stickers too. Overall, great choice as a gift.

These are really cool coasters we got for our new IT/repair office. Everyone loves the look. The issue is that they are not absorbent. They stick to cups that are wet from condensation then fall to the ground as you take a drink. The looks almost make up for it. I would put these on a side table in a less trafficked area for mainly decor. Still a great product.
