We want to love it! But it’s missing one of the hooks and three of the screws for the hooks. It was easy to out together and seems good quality. Just wish we had all the pieces.

I'm not extremely happy with this product. The front foot pads were missing so I had to remove the back ones so it would be level. The rubber washers they provided slip down when you put the side bars in the holes and it looks terrible. So much so that I had to remove them because I couldn't stand looking at it that way. I tried cutting some of the unsightly rubber away at first but ended up scratching the paint so now I have to purchase touch up paint to fix it and also figure out what to use to keep the side bars in place and steady so they won't topple over when hanging anything on the hooks. I also purchased bolt covers because none were supplied and the exposed bolts make the unit look tacky and cheap. While the size of the unit is perfect for the space I'm using it in, it's really the only thing I'm happy about with it. Until I find something that will hold the side arms in place, it's basically unusable. I would not recommend this product unless you don't mind having to spend extra money to make its appearance more appealing.

Box taped up like a prior returned or open box item. Missing few screws and instruction. Not very sturdy at all.
