I had looked at another brand, but this was much less expensive and a brand I was familiar with so decided to try it. It is absolutely wonderful! No more measuring: you can select light, regular, or heavy for your spirits. One word of caution: make sure you've put the straws square in the machine and hear or feel the click when you lock them in place. If they aren't seated properly, it leaks out of the reservoir where you put the pod.

Not a great fit for the bartesian and I wouldn't buy again for that purpose. But now that I have it, I just set it over top to avoid dust. Material is decent and quality is good otherwise.
