I got 2 of these...One for myself as well as one for my daughter for Christmas and we both use them all the time. When you are used to being a bartender already, these things come in very handy. I would definitely recommend.

First, about the set. It has quality parts but it's not all stainless steel. Some things you feel and know they are junk. This is not that. The tools are real. The stand does not come with directions for assembly (not any I could find) and took me about 30 minutes to get it right...the third time. There are these little clear plastic washers that go with the posts. Those washers have a groove on one side (like it goes in one side of a stand) and do not have a groove on the other. I messed that up twice and had to redo it. There isn't a specific space for the straw brush. Pics show the straw brush sharing a hole with the long spoon.I think my set will have some deviations like an ice hammer. Most of the bottom row are bottle tops (speed/caps). In my set, that row will have 4 empty holes because they will be on bottles.Getting back to my cocktail frame of mind, I can't wait to get started with this. I like the set and if some of the weird things above were included, this would be 5-star review. However, we are close here with 4 stars.

This is a very nice cocktail shaker set. This looks great on your counter or bar. There are no instructions to put this together but it is not difficult to figure out. I like that this comes with a recipe book for more ideas. I like trying new things.

This cocktail set is beautiful, and the stand is functional. It did not come with any instructions for assembly and set up, and did not even have a color photo to refer to. Once I looked at it on the online advertisement, I saw the instructions as one of the photos. That saves on wasting paper for instructions but was unexpected. It took about 10 minutes to assemble. The wine key tool arrived a little bent. Which seemed odd to me since the package arrived fully intact and without any damage or dents to the box. I was able to bend the tool to straighten it out, but it does concern me as to its durability in the future (minus one star for that). I have used the shaker and had to be careful with the first few shakes (before it was fully chilled). With my old shaker, I did not need to hold the cap over the strainer especially tight, but with this one, the cap flew off on the first shake, so it needs to be held on to initially. The first few shakes also led to a little leaking at the seam of the top and bottom of the shaker. But once I was mindful to hold it together more firmly than I had to with my previous shaker, it was OK (minus another star for this). It has good strainer function when pouring. Overall I think it is fine for budget-friendly occasional use.
